Self-fulfilling prophecy
This short film is an adaptation of the ‘Tales of Ovid’ by Ted Hughes.
By exploring the themes of traditional crafts, women defying the gods and reframing them (literally), Arachne becomes the tapestry that she created.
This work depicts the relationship we have with power when we dare to oppose it, as well as a self-reflection on creation and self-judgment.

Finding your own path
This final MA project is a rewriting of Ariadne’s story.
With her red thread, she control the story and wishes to regain power over oppressing forces. She dances with danger.
But will she ever escape the maze?
